Sec. 2-71.        Date and place of regular meetings; special meetings.

   The town council shall hold its regular meetings in the council chamber on the first Tuesday of every month. The council may be convened at any time upon the call of the mayor or any three council members. No business shall be transacted at a called meeting, except that for which it was called, unless the council is unanimous.
