Lieutenant Kurt E. Beach

BIOGRAPHY:
LT Beach has been in law enforcement for 17 years.  He is the department's Criminal Investigator and enjoys patrolling the Pagan River in the Police Boat.  LT Beach is also a Crime Prevention Specialist and enjoys being an active participant in the department's Community Policing programs.  He especially prides himself with the Community Help in Progress Program (CHIP), which he believes has made a positive impression on youth and their families.
