Lieutenant James Clarke, Jr.

BIOGRAPHY:
LT Clarke is a lifelong resident of Smithfield.  He has been with the Smithfield Police Department for over seven years.  LT Clarke is the team leader of the Emergency Response Team, FTO Coordinator, and involved in Community Help in Progress (CHIP).  He retired from the United States Marine Corps Reserve at the rank of First Sergeant.

LT Clarke enjoys sports, reading and physical fitness activities.  He is actively involved in his church.  He and his wife, Jackie have three daughters, Tapreia, Jamaela, and Talivia.
