Patrol Sergeant
BIOGRAPHY:
Sergeant Roach has been a law enforcement officer for over
13 years and with the Smithfield Police Department since
1998. He is currently assigned as a supervisor in the
uniformed patrol division and motorcycle unit.
In
addition to
his law enforcement service, Sergeant Roach also served in
the US Navy for over 26 years. Sergeant Roach saw service on
submarines and aircraft carriers of the Atlantic and Pacific
Fleets, retiring with the rank of Senior Chief Petty
Officer. His military career enabled him and his family to
see the wonders of the world and experience many things
unimaginable to many.
