Smithfield Historic District Guidelines

In 2006, the Town Council adopted the Smithfield Historic District Guidelines (SHDG).  The SHDG serve as an "owners' manual" of sorts for property owners/occupants of the Town's Historic Preservation Overlay who wish to make exterior changes to their historic properties.  The entire SHDG can be accessed HERE.  It can also be accessed by chapter below:
