The Smithfield Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8545 invites the Community for an "Ole Fashion Southern Country Breakfast" that includes deep fried fish. Our Post is location at 223 Washington Street, across from the Smithfield Library and the YMCA.  Breakfast is served from 7-10 a.m. with a menu of:  scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, biscuits, gravy, hash browns, corn bread and mixed fruit, coffe and juice for a mere $7.00 donation. Special orders are Omelets and Deep Fried Salted Spot Fish  for an additional $2.00.  Children, 6-12 are only $4.00. Proceeds go to assist support local Veterans in need and worthy community organizations.
