The Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 10th, 2020 at 6:30 PM in Conference Rooms A&B at the Smithfield Center (220 N Church St).

The agenda references a rezoning that has been proposed in an area of Isle of Wight County immediately adjacent to the Town.  The application was initially submitted in late July of last year, but a second submittal has recently been received by the County and can be accessed HERE.

Although it falls outside of the Town’s jurisdiction, the County has provided us with a copy for courtesy review.
