This application should be utilized for all appeals of the decisions of the Community Development & Planning Department, the Board of Historic & Architectural Review, or the Planning Commission.  Appeals of the decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals or the Town Council are taken to the Isle of Wight County Circuit Court.
