NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Town Council will hold a special meeting on April 20th @ 3:30 p.m.
Location: Smithfield Center, 220 North Church Street
The purpose of this meetings is to hold a Closed Session of the full Council to discuss the acquisition/disposition of publicly held real property, pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 (A)(3)
of the Code of Virginia.
The Town Council may or may not take action in open session immediately thereafter.
