The Town Council will hold special meetings on April 22nd and 23rd @ 2:30 p.m. prior to Town Council Committee meetings.
Location: Smithfield Center, 220 North Church Street
The purpose of this meetings is to hold a Closed Session of the full Council to discuss personnel matters pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 (A)(1) of the Code of Virginia, more specifically, evaluations of the
four appointed positions
