Town of Smithfield Real Estate Billing Change

 

We are changing our billing cycle. The Real Estate bills that will be mailed out over the next couple of weeks will be for the period of January 1 through June 30, 2023 for the assessed value at one half the tax rate that was then in effect. Your next Real Estate tax bill will be for July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 due June 5, 2024. Refuse collection will still be billed at the same time as real estate.
