Request for Proposals for Lawn Grass Establishment Services

The Town of Smithfield, Virginia is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Lawn Grass Establishment Services for the Joseph W. Luter, Jr. Sports Complex as described in the Town’s Request for Proposals (RFP) August 21^st, 2019.
