In accordance with Governor Northam’s Executive Order Number Fifty-Three (2020), issued to address the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, which prohibits public gatherings of 10 or more individuals, the April 7th, 2020 Town Council Meeting will be closed to in-person public comments.  Citizens are encouraged to submit any public comments to the Town Clerk at lking@smithfieldva.gov prior to the meeting so that it may be read into the record.
