The Town of Smithfield, Virginia is requesting sealed Bids for the above mentioned Project.  The project will include extending the existing westbound right-turn lane to provide 200 feet of storage and 200 feet of taper and extending the existing eastbound to provide 250 feet of storage and a 200 feet taper.  The improvements also consist of mill and overlay and restriping of the existing intersection extending approximately 1,600 feet along Benns Church Blvd and 500 feet alon South Church Street.
