Landscaping Services

Sealed Proposals, subject to the conditions and instructions contained herein, will be received at the above office until the time and date shown below (local prevailing time), for furnishing the items or services described in the proposal.

Scope of Service:  The Town of Smithfield is seeking qualified contractors to provide Landscaping Services for Town owned buildings and properties for a term of one (1) year with the right to renew the contract for an additional two (2) years after review of performance.

Proposals are due prior to: June 12, 2023 @ 4:00 p.m.

Pre-Bid Meeting (OPTIONAL) will be held June 2, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. Contractors interested in attending shall meet at Town Hall, 310 Institute Street, Smithfield, VA 23430
