 HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

Sealed Proposals, subject to the conditions and instructions contained herein, will be received until the time and date shown below (local prevailing time), for furnishing the items or services described in the proposal.

Scope of Work: To provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services for a three (3) year term. The Town will have the right to renew the contract for two (2) additional years, after review of performance.
