The Town of Smithfield is updating its Comprehensive Plan and needs your input!  Please complete the Town’s Comprehensive Plan citizen survey in one of the following ways:

(1) A hard copy of the survey is located in the Town’s Fall Newsletter, which was mailed on Tuesday, October 27th, 2020.  This can be completed and mailed back to the Town of Smithfield, PO Box 246, Smithfield, VA 23430, or dropped off in the water bill collection box located outside of Town Hall, 310 Institute St, Smithfield, VA 23430.

(2) The survey can be accessed via the Town’s website, where it can be completed digitally via survey monkey, or printed, completed, and mailed back to the Town of Smithfield, PO Box 246, Smithfield, VA 23430, or dropped off in the water bill collection box located outside of Town Hall, 310 Institute St, Smithfield, VA 23430.

(3) The survey can be accessed and completed digitally via survey monkey.
