LOCATION: Town of Smithfield, Virginia

The Town of Smithfield is planning to install a right turn lane, curb and gutter improvements, sidewalk improvements, minor drainage improvements, and sanitary sewer improvements along the north side of US 258. A right turn lane will be provided and an entrance to the recently constructed Sports Complex. A 5’ sidewalk will be constructed along the project corridor.

The Town of Smithfield, Virginia will receive sealed Bids for the above titled project at the Smithfield Town Hall, located at 310 Institute Street, Smithfield, Va 23430 until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 29, 2018 at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday November 15, at 10:00 AM at the Smithfield Town Hall (310 Institute Street). All bidders are encouraged to attend.
