Request for Proposals for Professional Planning Services - Comprehensive Plan Update

 The Town of Smithfield, Virginia intends to enter into a contract with a qualified professional planning firm to update the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.

Church Street, Smithfield, VA 23430; (757) 365-9505 or bthrower@smithfieldva.gov.  Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 4, 2019.  Proposals received by telephone, facsimile, email, or after stated time and/or date will be considered non-responsive and not accepted.
