Tracy L. James has worked for the Town of Smithfield 18 years this November 2024 in the Payroll/Treasurer’s Dept.
Prior to coming to work for the Town I did the payroll for 16 Assisted Living Facilities in Virginia/Maryland.
I have lived in the State of Virginia since October 3rd 1993 for 31 years. I have made my home here in Smithfield. I’m originally from New York, Long Island.
Love the warmer weather and being outside gardening and take nice long walks on the beach.
